Intelligent Document Question and Answering

ComIDP provides a question-answering system based on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), integrated with large language models (LLMs), for enterprise knowledge base and the chatbot. It is capable of providing truthful question-answering capabilities, backed by well-founded citations from various complex formatted data.

ComIDP Knowledge Base allows individual users and administrator manage users, teams, knowledge bases, and system logs, making it suitable for enterprise-level applications.

The Administrator Dashboard provides a centralized and intuitive interface for managing users, teams, knowledge bases, and system logs. It enables administrators to efficiently maintain and oversee platform operations through the following key modules:

User Management

Administrators can view all registered users within the system, search for specific users, and perform individual or bulk operations such as inviting new members, deleting existing ones, editing user details, and resetting passwords.

This module allows for viewing and searching all teams within the system. Administrators can manage team members individually, ensuring effective user organization and access control at the team level.

Knowledge Base Management

Administrators can search and browse all knowledge bases in the system, as well as view detailed metadata such as the number of documents contained and access permissions. This enables clear visibility into the structure and scope of organizational knowledge assets.

Log Management

The console provides access to comprehensive system activity logs. Logs can be searched and filtered, and each entry includes key information such as the username, email address, action type, and detailed description of the operation performed. This ensures traceability and enhances system security and accountability.
