Security

The ComPDF API places great importance on your data security. Files are only used for the current task during processing: temporary processing files on the server are promptly cleaned up; original and result files are provided via download links through OSS for your convenience. Files in OSS are automatically deleted after 2 days.

• If you upload the original file to our server, the file will only be used during task processing. After the API call is completed, the temporary processing file on the server will be deleted immediately and will not be stored long-term.

• To facilitate your download and access, we will provide corresponding OSS download links for the original and result files. Files in OSS are retained for 2 days and will be automatically deleted after the retention period. For example, if a file is uploaded or generated on April 10, the relevant OSS file will be deleted on April 12.
